New Feature:

• [Inventory] Purge Suspended Outlet Inventory

  We’ve added a new tool to help you keep your system running smoothly over time. You can now view and clear inventory mapping data linked to outlets that have been suspended—for example, outlets that are no longer in operation. While this data is harmless on its own, a large buildup may gradually affect your Web POS performance. This feature gives you the visibility to decide when a cleanup is needed, putting you in full control.

  

  From this new menu, simply review the list of suspended outlets and choose which inventory data to remove. Important note: if you ever unsuspend an outlet in the future, remember to update its stock movements to regenerate the mapping. No immediate action is required on your end—this is purely an optional maintenance tool to use when you feel it’s necessary.

  

• [Treatment] Purge Duplicate Prepaid Package Records

  We've added a tool to resolve a rare but critical issue with prepaid package products. Under certain unusual circumstances—such as changing a product type from Prepaid Package to Prepaid Point after treatments have already been created—a product may end up with two conflicting unique IDs. When this happens, any transaction linked to that product becomes stuck and cannot be edited or deleted.

  

  This new feature detects those duplicate records and lets you fix them with a single action. It will remove one of the conflicting IDs and properly reassign the mapping to the remaining one, instantly freeing up the affected transactions. This is a specialized cleanup tool, so you'll likely only need it if our support team guides you to it.
