  • [Contacts] Loyalty App Last Sign In

    Introducing the App Sign-In menu, a feature designed to bring greater visibility into customer engagement within the Brand Loyalty App — available for registration. Through this enhancement, businesses can instantly see when a customer last logged in; an empty Last Sign-In field simply indicates that the customer has not accessed the app yet. By combining insightful tracking with flexible data filters, this feature empowers users to better understand and manage customer activity in real time.
