Omnichannel Version 6.17.0
System Imrovements and New Feature
Created an order sync dropdown with multiple selectable values on the Omni Order All page
Currently under development. Soon, you will be able to:
Payment Status Sync: Preview and update payment amounts if the total in the POS is different from the escrow amount in the channel
Reference Order Sync: Preview outbound logistic numbers vs tracking numbers in the seller center
Added MatTooltip descriptions to order synchronization dropdown items for improved UX clarity
Implemented a cancel token in scan channel; requests will now fail after a defined timeout limit
Before, if the scan channel process took too long, it could get stuck for hours with the status remaining In Progress. Now, a cancel token has been implemented, if the scan exceeds 1 hour, it will be automatically canceled.
Introduced a new notification feature: receive email alerts when products are oversold (negative stock)
Previously, overselling could occur due to technical limitations. Orders were not properly guarded, allowing products to be sold multiple times even after inventory dropped below zero (e.g., -1, -2, -3). As a result, stock levels were not synchronized back to 0 on the channel.
Now, this issue has been fixed. Additionally, an email notification system has been implementedโwhenever a product is sold into negative quantity, you will be notified immediately.
To set up, go to Channel โ POS. From there, you can configure your default email to receive notifications.
Bug Fixes:
