New Feature:

• [Advanced] Defragment Full Text Catalog

  We’ve added a new maintenance feature called Defragment Full Text Catalog, designed to help when newly added data (such as Products, Variants, Customers, or Suppliers) doesn’t appear in search results immediately. This issue can occur when the database's full-text index becomes highly fragmented, leading to indexing delays and reduced search visibility.

  

  From this new menu, users can now view the current fragment count and manually trigger a defragment process to reset it to optimal performance. In general, this situation rarely happens — but if you ever notice new records taking unusually long to appear in searches, you can use this feature to restore search responsiveness instantly.
