New Feature:
[Logistics] Outbound with No Items Report
We’ve introduced a new page called “Outbound with No Items” to help identify outbound records that were created without any items. This addresses a rare issue that occurred in the past where an Outbound Logistics record could be generated even though no products were included in the shipment. While inventory quantities were not affected and stock remained accurate, these records could still create confusion in logistics tracking.
This page allows users to quickly locate affected records and review the related invoice and outbound information. If necessary, users can delete the invalid outbound record and create a new outbound transaction with the correct items to ensure logistics data remains accurate and complete.
[Transaction] Track Exceed Invoice with Paid Payment Status
We’ve introduced a new validation tool to help identify invoices where the Payment Amount exceeds the Invoice Amount, but the payment status remains Paid instead of Exceed. For example, if an invoice amount is 500,000 and the total payment recorded is 520,000, the transaction should normally be categorized as Exceed. While Exceed payments are supported and considered valid in the system, this feature is designed to detect records where the status does not match the actual payment condition.
The new page focuses specifically on invoices with a Paid status that require review. Once identified, users can correct the transaction by either editing the invoice payment amount or removing and recreating the payment record, ensuring the payment status accurately reflects the transaction.
