New Feature:

• [Logistics] Order Sent No Outbound

  We’ve introduced a new monitoring page called Order Sent No Outbound to help identify and resolve rare delivery anomalies. In some cases, an order may show a Sent delivery status even though its outbound (shipment) details are missing. While this issue is uncommon and difficult to replicate, it can impact order tracking and fulfillment accuracy.

  

  This new page allows you to easily track order numbers marked as Sent but without any associated outbound records. Once an affected order is identified, you can open it in the POS Web App using the order number and perform a Refresh Fulfillment Status to correct and synchronize the shipment data.
