Add Outlet Restriction for Payment Method

For you who wants to restrict the payment method by outlet, we provide this new feature to help you with it. For example 1 of your outlet has not been set the bank/virtual payment, you can restrict the payment method for this outlet so the payment method cannot be accessed to create the transaction. So your staff will not choose the wrong payment method.
