New Feature:

• [Sell] Enhanced Customer Points Redemption Process with 3-Step Workflow

  Redeeming customer points at the cashier is now more streamlined with a new 3-step process:

  1. Check Points & Select OTP Method: View available points and choose the preferred OTP delivery method.

  2. Verify OTP: Securely validate the transaction using the received OTP. Learn more about Using OTP to Redeem Point

  3. Confirm Redemption: Finalize the process and apply redeemed points to the transaction.

  This redesign ensures a smoother, secure, and user-friendly experience for both cashiers and customers. If the "Verify with OTP" feature is not enabled, the points redemption process will not follow the new 3-step workflow. Instead, customers can redeem points directly without requiring OTP verification.
