This update includes new feature, important improvements to performance, and usability, ensuring that your daily operations run seamlessly. We’ve also addressed several bug fixes to enhance stability and reliability. Thank you for your continued trust and feedback, which helps us bring you the best possible service!


New Feature:

  • [Reports] Column Toggle for Sales Reports (Applied to Certain Submenus)

    Easily customize your sales reports with the new Column Toggle feature. This update allows you to show or hide specific columns in the reports table using simple checkboxes, giving you full control over the data you want to focus on. Streamline your workflow and make your reports more relevant to your needs!

    We prioritize submenus that include columns with data requiring retrieval via API first. The submenus referred to are :

    • Products Reports

    • Summary Reports

    • Customer Reports

    • Customer Reports by Gender

    • Outlet Reports

    • Person Reports

  • [Inventory] Dead Stock Inventory Report

    The new Dead Stock Inventory Report helps you track products with stagnant stock by displaying their last sold date. The key feature, Last Sold, shows the most recent sale date for each product in a clear date format. Before accessing the report, users are encouraged to apply filters, including Minimum Stock Quantity and Last Sold Date.

    For example, if the current date is January 15 and you select January 10 as the filter, only products not sold between January 11 and January 15 will appear in the table. This feature makes it easier to identify and manage slow-moving inventory effectively.

  • [Adjustment] New UX for Adjustment Approval

    We’ve updated the Adjustment feature with improved UX for both Instant and With Approval workflows. Now, when using the "With Approval" flow:

    • Adjustments are created with a Draft status, allowing users to Edit or Resume, even for Count type adjustments (previously non-editable).

    • Users can refine adjustments multiple times in the Draft state until ready, then Submit to Review to move the status to Pending, where edits are locked.

    • Once in Review, adjustments can only be Accepted or Rejected. For any mistakes, a new adjustment must be created.

    For Instant workflow, adjustments are locked after creation, regardless of type (e.g., Adjust Difference). Editing is no longer permitted post-creation. This ensures a streamlined and precise adjustment process.

    We have updated the UI for selecting fields in the 'Add New Customer' feature from radio buttons to checkboxes. Please note that any previously set values will be reset due to this change. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend users who have used this feature to reconfigure their settings. We remain committed to minimizing such disruptions in the future.
