This update includes new features, essential performance improvements, and usability enhancements, ensuring your daily operations run smoothly. We've also addressed several bug fixes to enhance stability and reliability. Thank you for your continued trust and feedback, which help us deliver the best possible service.

New Feature:

  • [Reports] Redesigned Sales Report by Product Compared by Month UI

Weโ€™ve refreshed the UI/UX of the Product Report by Month page to make report viewing and customization smoother. A new column toggle is now available, allowing users to control which columns are displayed โ€” including the option to view current on-hand inventory. The month picker has also been redesigned for a cleaner look and more intuitive selection.

By default, the report now loads with a 3-month range, with the option to expand up to a maximum of 6 months. Additionally, instead of showing blank cells, the report will now display a โ€œ0โ€ value for products with no recorded sales, ensuring better data visibility and more straightforward interpretation at a glance.

This feature was developed based on customer request #7211

  • [Adjustment] View Unscanned Products

Weโ€™ve introduced a new feature called Scan Unscanned Item to enhance the accuracy of stock-taking during inventory adjustments. This feature is specifically available for Adjustment records with the type โ€œCountโ€ (used for stock opname) while the record is still in Draft status โ€” perfect for users who want to double-check before submitting the final adjustment. It helps identify items that exist in the system but were not physically scanned during the stock check.

From this view, users can easily review which items were missed during the scanning process. An Export option is available for documentation or further review, and users can also set the stock of those items to zero directly if the products are confirmed to be missing from the warehouse. This improvement ensures more accurate and reliable stock opname results while reducing manual verification errors before final submission.

Minor Improvements:

  • [Reports (Advanced) - Tax] Provide Page Number Option For Data Export

  • [Orders - Customer Invoice]

    • Display Reference Number Column in Table & CSV Export

    • Display Custom Date Name in Toggle Based On Labeling Configuration

  • [Orders - Estimate] Redesign Convert Estimate to Sales Order Modal

  • [Orders - Print History] Enhanced Print History Page

Weโ€™ve improved the Print History page to provide more complete and consistent information. The table now includes two new columns โ€” Customer and Amount โ€” which are also available in the CSV export, making it easier to review and print records in detail.

Additionally, new filters have been added to refine your search: filter records by Customer, by User (who performed the print), or by Printed Status โ€” choose No (not yet printed), Yes (already printed), or All to view everything. The data ordering has also been aligned with the Customer Invoice List page to ensure consistency across both views.

  • [Inventory - Variant Traffic] Provide Search Type Filter to Switch Between Product or Variant Search

Bug Fixes:

  • [Orders - Invoice] Display Custom Date Name in Toggle Based On Labeling Configuration

  • [Adjustment]

    • Fix Merged Adjustment Totals for Adjust Type Not Updated in List View

    • Fix Incorrect Item Counted And Total Adjusted from Merged Adjustments
