New Feature:

  • [Contacts - Suppliers] New Supplier Info UI

    We have introduced a refreshed and more stylish design for the Supplier Info page. This update aligns the Supplier detail layout with the recently revamped Customer Info page, providing a more consistent and modern user experience across the application. The new design improves visual clarity and makes supplier information easier to review at a glance.

  • [Orders - Customer Invoice] New UX for Void Invoice Note Handling

    We have improved the Void Invoice flow, specifically in how Void Notes are saved and displayed. Previously, when users voided an invoice, the required Void Note was stored in the Invoice Note field. This could be confusing, especially when the invoice already contained its own note, as both notes were merged into the same field.

    With this update, Void Notes are now stored separately in the Invoice Update History. When an invoice is voided, the system records the action under the update type “Voided” and saves the note in the Message/Note field of that history entry. This keeps operational notes and void-related notes clearly separated.

    For better visibility, the Voided badge on the Invoice Info page now includes a tooltip. When users hover over the badge, the Void Note will be displayed, allowing quick reference without navigating away from the invoice details.

Deprecated:

  • [Orders] Removal of Journal Link to Books App

    We have removed the Journal Link that previously redirected users from POS to the Books App for journal viewing. This change is part of an upcoming improvement in the Books App, where more relevant features—such as enhanced invoice search—will be supported directly within the Books App experience. For more details about the new and upcoming functionality, please refer to the Books App changelog.

  • [Users - Roles] Removal of All Accounting Roles

    We have removed all user roles related to our legacy Accounting App, which has already been deprecated. As the Accounting App will no longer receive updates, including bug fixes or new feature requests, these roles are no longer supported in the system. We strongly recommend that users migrate their data and begin subscribing to our newer and actively maintained solution, the Books App. If you have any questions or need assistance during the transition, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
